Information we collect

When you fill in our quote form or write to us, we collect:

• your name and your business name;
• your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number;
• the description of your project.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, carry out your project. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

To run our site and answer your requests, we rely on these providers:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, form processing and bot protection;
• Resend: sends us the email containing your request;
• Google (Gmail): our inbox, where we keep our correspondence with you.

These providers operate servers outside Québec, mainly in the United States, so your information may be stored there or pass through there. We only share what is needed to respond to you.

How long we keep it

• Quote requests that don't lead to a project: deleted after 12 months.
• Client records: kept for 6 years after the project ends, as tax rules require.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We measure traffic anonymously, without cookies. A bot protection check may confirm you're a person when you submit a form.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent. Write to us at contact@bersymedia.com. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
